Our Story
Where It All Began
We've been around Christmas trees long enough to know what makes a great one.
It started on a family farm in Essex, where we learned everything the hard way. Long days of planting, pruning and shaping trees through every kind of British weather. It was tough work, but the kind that builds something lasting.
The Rule That Started It All
From the very beginning, we had one rule:
"If you wouldn't put it in your best friend's home, don't cut it down."
That rule still stands. Any tree that doesn't make the grade stays in the ground, giving shelter to wildlife and helping the land stay healthy.
Proudly British
We only sell British-grown trees. Always have.
Different parts of the country offer different growing conditions, so we work with farms from Essex to Scotland to keep standards high and supply reliable. We could import cheaper trees, but we don't. We'd rather back British growers and know exactly where every tree comes from.
Why Nordmann House Exists
Growing trees is one thing. Selling them, delivering them and keeping customers happy is another.
That's where Nordmann House comes in. We take care of the retail side, from delivery and logistics to customer service and everything online, so growers can focus on what they do best.
Our sister company, Capital Christmas Trees, manages wholesale supply for retailers and local markets across the UK, offering next-day delivery nationwide.
Today and Tomorrow
What began in Essex is now a nationwide network built on trust and quality.
We keep planting, improving and doing things properly, so when your tree arrives, it already feels like Christmas.
